Shipping policy

Orders are shipped according to the selected shipped option on your order.  Available shipping options are:

Evri Standard Delivery - Delivery within 2 - 3 working days from date of despatch.

Evri Next Day Delivery - Delivery the next working day from date of despatch.

While we will always attempt to process and despatch Standard Delivery orders the same day, if received before 2pm, this cannot be guaranteed. Please therefore allow at least 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

The cut off for processing and despatch of Next Day delivery order is 10am.  Orders received after this time will be processed and despatched on the following working day.

We cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier once the order has been processed and despatched and while we will make every effort to resolve delays that occur, we cannot be held responsible for any loss that the customer experiences as a result of failures or loss that occurrs on the part of the courier.

Pre-order items - Items that are marked pre-order will be despatched on the date indicated on the product page.  You will also receive an email following order confirmation that confirms the expected despatch date.  Payment will be taken immediately at the point of order.
