Delivery

Orders are shipped according to the selected shipped option. While we will always attempt to process and despatch your order the same day, if received before 14:00, this cannot be guaranteed. Please therefore allow 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns for faulty items. Shipping for all other returns is the responsibility of the customer. You can request your review via your online account. For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.

Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 working days. Please allow time for this to clear with your bank.

Caring for Your Anxiety Candle

Your Anxiety Candle is more than just a scent—it’s a moment of calm. With a little mindful care, you can enjoy its soothing glow and comforting aroma to the fullest.

Burning with Intention

Before each burn, gently trim the wick to about 5mm. This keeps the flame soft and steady, minimizing flicker and smoke. On the first light, allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the jar—this prevents tunneling and helps your candle burn evenly each time.

For the best experience, keep each burn under 4 hours. This not only preserves the scent but also keeps the wax from getting too hot, which can impact performance.

Place your Anxiety Candle on a flat, heat-safe surface. Never burn it all the way down—stop when there’s about 5mm of wax left. Be sure to keep the wax surface clean and free of any dust, wick trimmings, or debris.

A Calm Way to Extinguish

Blowing out your candle can disrupt the mood (and send wax flying). Instead, use a snuffer for a cleaner, smoke-free finish. Let the candle cool for at least an hour before lighting it again to maintain its integrity.

Safety, Always

When burning more than one candle, leave at least 10cm of space between them. Keep your Anxiety Candle away from drafts, open windows, or fans, as well as anything flammable like curtains or books. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
