For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.

Burning Best Practices
Before each use, trim the wick to around 5mm. This helps control the flame and cuts down on excess smoke. On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the top layer. This sets the stage for an even burn and prevents tunneling over time.
To keep the fragrance crisp and prevent overheating, avoid burning for longer than 4 hours at once. Always place your Pet Smell Candle on a level, heat-resistant surface and stop burning when about 5mm of wax remains.
Keep the surface of the wax clean—free from pet hair, dust, or wick debris—to maintain the best performance.
Extinguish the Right Way
Rather than blowing out your candle, use a wick snuffer. It helps reduce smoke, protects the wick’s shape, and avoids splashing melted wax. Let your candle cool down and reset fully before relighting.
Important Safety Tips
If you're lighting more than one candle, keep them at least 10cm apart. Don’t place your Pet Smell Candle near open windows, vents, or anything flammable. As always, never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it away from pets (yes, even the ones whose smells inspired it!) and children.
