Please therefore allow 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

We offer free returns for faulty items. Shipping for all other returns is the responsibility of the customer. You can request your review via your online account. For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.
Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 working days. Please allow time for this to clear with your bank.

Caring for Your Fresh Linen Candle
To enjoy the full fragrance and life of your fresh linen candle, a little care goes a long way. Follow these simple tips to keep your candle burning cleanly and safely.
Burning Tips - Before lighting, trim the wick to around 5mm—this helps promote an even, steady flame and reduces smoke. On each use, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar before extinguishing to avoid tunnelling. For best results, don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Always place your fresh linen candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never burn it right down to the base. Stop use when around 5mm of wax remains to prevent the jar from overheating or cracking. Keep the surface of your candle free from any debris such as wick trimmings, matches, or dust.
Extinguishing Properly - To safely put out your candle, we recommend using a wick snuffer—available in our accessories section. Blowing out your candle can misalign the wick, splash hot wax, or cause unwanted smoke. A snuffer reduces these risks and helps maintain the integrity of the candle. Once extinguished, let your linen candle cool and reset for at least an hour before relighting.
Safety First - When burning multiple fresh linen candles, always keep at least 10cm of space between them. Avoid placing your candle in drafty areas or near open windows. Never leave a lit candle unattended or within reach of pets or children. Keep away from anything flammable, including curtains, papers, or soft furnishings.
