Orders are shipped according to the selected shipped option. While we will always attempt to process and despatch your order the same day, if received before 14:00, this cannot be guaranteed. Please therefore allow 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

We offer free returns for faulty items. Shipping for all other returns is the responsibility of the customer. You can request your review via your online account. For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.

Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 working days. Please allow time for this to clear with your bank.

Our soap bars are 100% natural, vegan and cruelty free. As a handmade product, each bar is unique and therefore may differ slightly from a bar you have purchased from us previously or the image shown here, in terms of form and appearance but the ingredients are always the same.

To get the best from your natural soap, and to extend its life, use a soap dish to drain water after use. These are available in our Gift Shop/Bath & Body section.
