Please therefore allow 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

We offer free returns for faulty items. Shipping for all other returns is the responsibility of the customer. You can request your review via your online account. For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.
Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 working days. Please allow time for this to clear with your bank.

Wax Melt Safety:
Placement: Set your wax warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from pets and children. To prevent accidents, always supervise the warmer when in use and extinguish it before leaving the room.
Wax Melts: Only use wax melts designed for warmers—avoid oils or other substances that aren’t made for this purpose. Be sure to remove any plastic packaging before placing the wax in the warmer.
Heating: Allow your wax warmer to heat at a gradual pace—don’t rush by turning the temperature up too high. For a more intense dog odor-busting scent, feel free to add another wax block once the first one starts to melt.
Burn Time: Keep the wax melt going for 4–5 hours, or until the scent starts to fade. Replacing the wax regularly ensures maximum freshness in your home.
Stains: Wax melts may contain dyes, so be cautious around fabrics, rugs, or bedding. Any spills should be wiped away quickly to avoid permanent stains.
Spills: In case of a spill, clean up immediately using warm water and a rag or paper towels. Never pour water directly on hot wax—it can cause burns or splattering.
Transporting: Never transport the wax warmer while it’s on. Always turn it off and let the wax cool before moving.
