Orders are shipped according to the selected shipped option. While we will always attempt to process and despatch your order the same day, if received before 14:00, this cannot be guaranteed. Please therefore allow 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

We offer free returns for faulty items. Shipping for all other returns is the responsibility of the customer. You can request your review via your online account. For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.
Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 working days. Please allow time for this to clear with your bank.

To truly enjoy the full experience of your Sea Salt Candle, a little thoughtful care goes a long way. These simple tips will help extend its life and ensure each burn is clean, fragrant, and safe.
Smart Burning Habits
Before lighting your candle, trim the wick to about 5mm. This helps maintain a steady flame and reduces smoke. Let the wax pool reach the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling. To keep the scent fresh and avoid overheating, don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Place your Sea Salt Candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, and never burn it down completely—stop when there’s around 5mm of wax left. Keeping the surface free of debris like wick trimmings or dust also helps ensure a clean burn.
How to Extinguish Properly
For a clean finish, use a wick snuffer—it's gentler than blowing out the flame and helps prevent hot wax splatter or smoke. Allow your candle to cool and reset for at least an hour before relighting for the best results.
Safety First
If burning multiple candles, space them at least 10cm apart. Keep your Sea Salt Candle away from drafts, open windows, and anything flammable. Never leave a candle unattended, and make sure it's out of reach of children and pets.
