Orders are shipped according to the selected shipped option. While we will always attempt to process and despatch your order the same day, if received before 14:00, this cannot be guaranteed. Please therefore allow 1 working day for processing and despatch of your order. Orders received on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.

We offer free returns for faulty items. Shipping for all other returns is the responsibility of the customer. You can request your review via your online account. For faulty items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. For all other returns, once we have approved your return request, please arrange return via your chosen method of delivery. We recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.

Once your return is received, refunds will be issued within 14 working days. Please allow time for this to clear with your bank.

Please note that our diffusers contain alcohol, which makes them highly flammable. To prevent accidents, never place your diffuser directly on furniture or surfaces—always use a coaster or protective mat to safeguard your surfaces from potential spills.

To keep the scent strong and lasting, flip the reeds once the fragrance begins to fade. This simple step helps refresh the scent and extends the life of your diffuser.

On average, our diffusers will last for about three weeks before needing a refill, so you can enjoy a fresh, inviting atmosphere for weeks at a time.
